The office manager gave me the runaround about the cameras: to me-she didn’t have access; to the officer- she didn’t see me in the camera and that cameras don’t record. So why have cameras? I have gone to your office 3 times. Your agent, Chris was so defensive and denied recognizing me, which is understandable that he sees 1000s of customers."

"Do not recommend this agent/group in specific. Since November, when I first became insured with SF, it has been nothing but awful. My rate has yet to be what was promised. In the beginning, my sisters DL info was put incorrect into their system, which no one verified till days after a our insurance policy began, which made our insurance go up by an insane amount. The office put the blame on someone else in a different department. Since then, every month our payment is higher that what promised because of “policy changes”. Wanda, the direct person who has been handling my insurance is honestly so unpleasant to talk She talks to you as you’re a bother. The manager Melissa, emailed me last month to discuss the issues, but never called. I spoke to Wanda a couple hours ago, she told me she’d have Melissa call me, urgently. She didn’t. She instead sent me a lengthy email, stating she’d be out the office soon and would call me tomorrow. Avoid this group."
